NHS Foundation Trust markets Hampstead site

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is set to offer Queen Mary’s House in Hampstead for sale. Previously a maternity home and outpatient clinic, it had been unused since 2011.
The 0.6ha site is in a prime area of Hampstead, near the village and the heath, so will probably be converted for a residential development.
Proceeds of the sale will be reinvested in NHS facilities.
The trust has appointed Sitematch advisor Knight Frank to bring the property to market.
