Old War Office hits market

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation and GVA have begun marketing the Old War Office in Whitehall for £300 million.
The building is one of the government’s highest profile disposals, marketed with three potential redevelopment options: residential, a hotel or a combination of both.
The building covers 54,000sq m over seven floors, and is Grade II listed.
