Site of the week: Veridion Park in Bexley

Thu 16th January 2014, 11:24 am

Veridion Park is one of Bexley’s prime investment opportunities. The 27ha site is being developed by Tilfen Land, working closely with the local authority.

The park has the potential to accommodate a broad range of commercial uses, including office space, ICT facilities, manufacturing and logistics, with unit sizes up to around 12,600sq m on leasehold or freehold basis.

Also on the business park is the Thames Innovation Centre offering flexible and affordable office and workshop accommodation from 14 to  to 153sq m for small and start-up enterprises.

Tilfen Land has recently updated the planning permission for the remaining three phases, primarily for 63,000sq metres of B1 (business) and B8 (storage and distribution) use.

The London Borough of Bexley is keen to discuss this site with occupiers from the commercial, industrial and distribution sectors at Sitematch London on 2 April 2014, and is  especially interested in attracting hi-tech engineering companies.
