3Fox International has announced that the next Sitematch London event will take place on 2 April 2014 at a central London location, to be announced shortly.
The event is an opportunity for developers to meet senior officers from London councils, as well as other public sector landowners, to discuss priority development sites in a series of "speed dating" meetings.
The 2014 event will be the fourth Sitematch London, with the most recent being held at City Hall on 5 March this year which saw a rise in attendance of 25 per cent on the previous event.
Feedback from the 2013 event was overwhelmingly positive: 97 per cent of delegates said they wanted to attend Sitematch London again and 94 per cent said they would recommend the event to colleagues.
London mayor Boris Johnson, said: "Sitematch is a fantastic initiative which allows public sector landowners to meet with developers to discuss all kinds of development opportunities in London, helping to build relationships and bring about deals.
"I strongly urge all those involved in property to get involved to help boost construction across the capital."
