Tue 19th November 2013, 1:43 pm

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is looking to discuss a site in Suffolk with developers at the Sitematch UK event on 22 November.

The 1-ha site comprises 1970s government buildings, half occupied by DEFRA and half by HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS).

HMCTS is expected to vacate the premises no later than March 2015.

DEFRA is looking to market the site in spring 2014, disposing of it by late 2014 or early 2015.

For more information visit the site profile.
