The originators of a new budget gym concept targeting people who cycle to work are looking for sites in Shoreditch and Canary Wharf, it has emerged.
Brothers Piers and Ed Slater launched their H2Bike Run format in Soho in 2011 and have now secured a second site at London Wall.
The model offers secure cycle parking, bike maintenance, showers, gym facilities and space for exercise classes, Property Week reported.
It said the Slaters, whose firm is called Reef Estates, were particularly interested in 10,000-20,000 sq feet basement sites or comparably-sized space in car parks.
