The Highland and Islands Enterprise (HIE), the Scottish Government’s economic and community development agency for the north and west of Scotland, is tendering a service contract to manage the government’s entire commercial property portfolio in the region.
The worth of the contract is just under £1 million, and set for three years, with an option for HIE to extend for another year.
The portfolio consists of approximately 200 commercial and industrial premises, 80 development plots and a number of other properties.
On 13 June 2013, senior officers representing six Scottish cities travelled to London to meet with developers for the first Sitematch Scotland event.
