London's public sector landowners want to meet housebuilders and retail occupiers in particular at next week's Sitematch London event.

Asked who it would most like to meet at next week's Sitematch London event, one council said: "Housebuilders, but particularly those who can handle very large residential development sites".

Another responded: "We want to meet housebuilders and developers who specialise in converting listed buildings into residential/commercial buildings".

Two others said they were focused on town centre regeneration opportunities and wanted to meet "any big retailers or restaurants".

And a final request was for "developers and investors with funding with expertise and interest in urban residential-led schemes including affordable housing".
