A Central London property formerly occupied by Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Services and part owned by The Crown Estate is being brought to market.

Property adviser Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed by HMCTS to market the 53,339 sq foot freehold St Dunstans House, a residential development opportunity sited just off Fleet Street.

Planning permission was granted in 2011 by the City of London for the demolition of the current office building, and construction of an apartment block of eight floors, housing 76 apartments.

Will Grant, residential director at Jones Lang LaSalle commented: “This is a high profile instruction and one that we have worked on for an extended period of time, providing both development consultancy and disposal advice. With planning consent in place it’s now a highly sought after piece of London real estate.”

The site is located on Fetter Lane along the Clifford's Inn Gardens and the neo-gothic grade II* listed Maughan Library.
